Info and idea I got for Registration of Marriage and Wedding.
ROM (registration of Marriage)
At Penang, we got three place which we could sign for it; Penang Chinese Town Hall, Moral Uplifting (opposite SGGS) and Government Department level 3 Anson Road (opposite KDU Penang).
- First, go and get a form from Government Department at Anson Road.
- If you want to sign at Penang Chinese Town Hall or Moral Uplifting, you need to swear at certain place, one of the place its at Penang Chinese Town Hall, level 9. Make sure you have photostat IC, birth certificate and photo passport size. Sign at Government Department its much easy and simple.
- The minimum requirement before signing, its to at least to submit the form and waited for 2 weeks. But at Government Department, they do have 'Express" lane with just extra RM 100.00
- Beside that, you also can sign outside/ private location such as hotel, where you need to request it from Government Department with extra RM 500.00 and you need to swear first.
We plan to have the event at beach, both ROM and Wedding dinner. And one of the reasonable price will be Paradise Hotel. Hotel with beach, not too far from town (beside Dalat school), can move to their glass hall with sea view incase of raining and reasonable price.
One of our friend, Calvin, which now at Maybank KL, were also good in Feng Shui, have chosen
a date for us, 10 of May 2009.
Tomorrow, Sat, 4 of April 2009, we will went to Bangkok, Thailand for photo shooting. David, www.davidthian.com its one of the unique wedding photographer and studio which were able to bring out feeling and environment on his photo. With his experience and skill, he was always able to bring out new idea and concept for his work. Not to mention his experience in model photographing and graphic designer. He will be assist by his wife, Jane, which also a make-up artist.
Once we are back from Bangkok, I will post some of the photo.

The reason i wen to Cameron Highlands its to visit this home, PKOICH. A home for the special, run by Simon. At the moment they are in needed fund to sustain the center, as the Government are doing nothing bout it! No funding or donation from the Government.. and this what happen if we choose the wrong leader!

I was preparing to give my girlfriend a surprise on March 13 2009, which its my birthday. She plan for a simple dinner at Echo, located at Chulia Street. Just a small western food, and I think run by western guy also.
